FRONT END ASSOCIATE/ FINANCIER Facilitates money transactions for customers by accepting cash, cheques, credit, or debit.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER CARE. Improves performance, procures material and resources and secures compliance. Mentors team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implements best practices in Nature Marks.

CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER Responsible for assessing products, services and suppliers and negotiating contracts. Also responsible for ensuring that approved purchases are of a sufficient quality and are cost-efficient.

OPERATIONS MANAGER In charge of the operations in the grocery and Cafe  department of Nature Marks. Trains & leads employees, order & stock products, manage inventory, check for expiration dates, and provide customer service.

HEAD BARISTA Has extensive knowledge about foods and their presentation to the customers. Also a trained professional cook and tradesman who is proficient in all aspects of food preparation.

HEAD OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TEAM HEAD CHEF Uses her culinary expertise to create appetizing dishes for diners to enjoy. Leads major research projects and provides research advice to their organisation. Responsible for the management and coordination of internal and external research and projects.

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST/HEAD OF COMMS TEAM Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues. Supports internal clients, helping to keep employees productive, or external customers of Nature Marks Uganda.

SOUS CHEF.  Directs the food preparation process and delegating tasks.  Assists the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.  Oversees kitchen staff, tasting dishes before going to customers and restocking food produce as needed.
