Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 hours. Orders are not sent out during our operating hours, which are between 7am and 10pm.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few minutes. Please allow one hour in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

At any point, you can contact +256 774 134178 via phone call or whatsapp to confirm the status of your delivery. You can also track it’s status in your portal.

How Delivery is Handled

We send deliveries using Bodas, and the delivery fees charged by them are footed by the purchaser on delivery. If bodas are unavailable, we use our trusted deliverers who charge similar rates.

Returns and refunds are handled following our returns and refunds policy.
